Cardiff, Bute Park

Walking through Bute Park, Cardiff, 4.45pm, Saturday 26^th March 2011. On my way back to the hotel I was staying at from RWCMD.

The Police helicopter is patrolling the area as the Wales versus England football European Championship qualifying match draws to a close at the nearby Millennium Stadium. (England won 2-0)...I have a squeaky bag over my shoulder!

Pleasant and unpleasant sounds from things that fly...

Charlotte NC

Some recordings made in Charlotte NC on the morning of Saturday 12th March 2011, or in the words of 24 the following takes place between 9am and 10am. A walk between my hotel and the finishing line for a race (probably 5K, or 10K, I couldn't find out exactly) and some ambiance recorded outside The Mint Museum Uptown.

New Haven CT Rain on an aluminium roof…

My first morning...615am it hasn't stopped raining since I landed yesterday...the sound of rain hitting an aluminium roof, ice packed snow and an upturned canoe in the garden of where I'm staying in New Haven CT.
